About the role
The Executive Lounge Manager is responsible for overseeing daily bar and lounge operations at JW Marriott in Accra. This role ensures high standards of service, manages inventory, and supports the overall guest experience while adhering to budgetary goals.
Key responsibilities
- Implement beverage policies, control liquor inventory, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws.
- Manage budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports to achieve or exceed financial targets.
- Supervise staffing levels, train team members on liquor control, and maintain service standards during peak periods.
- Develop menus, promotions, and maintain food handling and sanitation standards.
- Address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage bar/lounge operations, inventory, budgeting, and staff training.
