About the role

The Chief Accountant leads the entire accounting function, ensuring the company’s financial health through accurate reporting and robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the accounting department and supervise all accounting staff.
Prepare and deliver precise financial statements and management reports for decision‑making.
Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures and systems.
Ensure all transactions comply with current accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
Liaise with external auditors to guarantee transparency and accountability of financial records.

Required profile

Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
Strong communication skills for cross‑departmental collaboration.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
In‑depth knowledge of accounting standards and legislation.
