Team Lead – Retail Products

About the role

The Team Lead – Retail Products will head the development and management of all retail investment offerings at Integrity Fund Management Ltd. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this senior position combines product strategy, sales enablement and operational oversight to drive deposit growth and profitability across Kumasi and the wider Ashanti Region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, launch and continuous improvement of retail investment products, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute deposit‑growth strategies, monitoring cost of funds and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, digital investment and wealth‑management teams to run campaigns and achieve sales objectives.
• Provide investment advisory services based on comprehensive assessments of client needs.
• Prepare weekly performance reports for senior management and adjust tactics as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, fostering referrals and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with compliance, accounts and other internal partners to uphold governance standards.
• Coach, mentor and develop the retail products team, promoting a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, investment products or related financial services.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of capital‑market trends and deposit‑funding dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, economics or business administration.
