About the role

We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead our medical facility’s daily operations. The role involves managing budgets, recruiting physicians and doctors, and ensuring strict safety standards across all staff. You will act as a key liaison between medical personnel and administrators to deliver the highest quality patient care. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in clinical services and compliance with evolving healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

Ensure all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
Keep staff updated on new healthcare regulations.
Find ways to improve clinical services.
Liaise between the administration and medical staff.
Report to the Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors.
Manage the organization’s budget and balance financial resources.
Recruit physicians and doctors to meet staffing needs.
Oversee daily operations of the medical facility to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
