Chiller Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Chiller Technician to join our team in Accra. The role involves ensuring that chillers and related equipment operate efficiently, safely, and reliably through regular maintenance, inspections, and installations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair chillers and associated refrigeration systems.
• Execute day‑to‑day planned maintenance schedules for chiller machinery and equipment.
• Assess project valuations and timeframes for maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine inspections, identify faults and carry out corrective repairs.
• Install new chiller units and related equipment according to specifications.
• Monitor and adjust system temperatures to meet operational requirements.
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and log activities.

Required profile

• HND in Refrigeration Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of three (3) years of hands‑on experience with chillers, HVAC or refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
