About the role

The Claims Officer is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end claims process, ensuring accurate investigation, confirmation, and payment of claims while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

Investigate and confirm claims submissions.
Process and execute claims payments.
Ensure compliance with IBP and due‑diligence requirements.
Maintain accurate reporting and record‑keeping of claim activities.
Gather and act on client feedback related to claims.
Analyze claims data and contribute to innovation initiatives.
