Cleaner (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across our offices and facilities in the Accra & Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, rooms, washrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces on a regular basis.
• Clean windows, furniture, and other designated fixtures.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used correctly.
• Keep assigned areas neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or supply shortages to management.
• Follow proper hygiene and safety procedures.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Hardworking, honest, and reliable.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties effectively.

• Salary range: GHS 800 – GHS 1,000 per month.
