Client Outreach and Customer Relations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a confident and professional Client Outreach and Customer Relations Officer to join our growing team. In this role you will help expand our client base by identifying prospects, introducing our technology solutions, and nurturing strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business leads in Ghana and the United States.
• Conduct cold calls and send outreach emails to prospects.
• Present KD3 Tech Consult’s services, including websites, automation systems, dashboards, CRM tools, and custom platforms.
• Follow up with interested businesses and schedule qualified demo meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular progress reports.
• Support ongoing customer relationship management activities.

Required profile

• Confident, well‑spoken and professional in communication.
• Organized, consistent and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Interest in business growth, client service, and technology consulting.
