Community & Growth Manager

About the role

The Community & Growth Manager will be the face of B8 Hub, a vibrant cowork‑ing and community space in Accra. Working on‑site, you will drive desk and room bookings, create and host events, and ensure the space is welcoming and ready for members and visitors every day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the enquiries inbox, respond promptly and convert leads into bookings for hot desks, The Bloom Room and The Gathering.
• Proactively reach out to businesses, freelancers, startups and creatives to fill the space.
• Plan, promote and host workshops, activations and community gatherings that attract new visitors and retain members.
• Maintain daily space readiness – clean, calm, set‑up and welcoming environment.
• Track bookings, leads and engagement metrics, produce weekly growth reports and adjust tactics.
• Represent B8 Hub at local networking events and build partnerships with aligned brands.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset comfortable using data to measure engagement and growth.
• Proven sales ability to promote programmes, memberships and events without being pushy.
• Experience planning and coordinating events or community activities.

Required skills

• Content creation for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Basic analytics tools to monitor social and booking performance.
