Consultant to Facilitate UNICEF Ghana Staff Retreat (4.5 days)

About the role

The consultant will design, facilitate and document a 4.5‑day all‑staff retreat for UNICEF Ghana, aimed at strengthening staff wellbeing, trust, collaboration and collective accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare an inclusive, participatory retreat agenda for 101 staff members across duty stations.
• Facilitate interactive sessions, team‑building activities and action‑oriented discussions.
• Engage with senior management, section chiefs and staff representatives to align retreat outcomes with organisational priorities.
• Support the development of a Country Office Commitment and Action Plan with clear priorities, responsibilities and follow‑up mechanisms.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Change Management, Social Sciences, Adult Learning or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience designing and facilitating organisational retreats, leadership workshops or culture‑transformation initiatives.

Required skills

• Proven track record of facilitating team‑building and knowledge‑sharing workshops.
• Experience working with UNICEF or other UN agencies is preferred.
