Content Designer

About the role

Kreative Waves Consulting is seeking a Content Designer to plan, create, and structure content for both digital and print channels. The role supports client projects and internal initiatives, working closely with consultants and other team members on‑site in Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to understand client goals and translate them into user‑centered content flows.
• Design, draft, and refine copy for various platforms while ensuring consistency with brand and project guidelines.
• Organise content within CMS platforms, templates, and collaborative documentation tools.
• Conduct research to inform content decisions and maintain alignment with user insights and data.
• Present content concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate for approval.

Required profile

• Strong background in content design, content management, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content with a focus on user experience.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Journalism, UX, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CMS platforms.
• Experience using collaborative documentation tools.
• Basic design or prototyping software knowledge.
