Corporate Relationship Manager

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to build and nurture high‑value relationships with corporate clients, focusing on pension solutions. You will act as the primary contact, ensuring clients receive tailored advice and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and retain corporate clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Understand client business objectives and recommend appropriate pension solutions, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 options.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized pension schemes and ensure compliance with NPRA regulations.
• Lead pension workshops, trainings and regular client updates on performance and regulatory changes.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms for key accounts.
• Work closely with marketing, sales and compliance teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate client relationship management, preferably within the financial or pension sector.
• Strong business insight and ability to translate client needs into strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to manage complex accounts and drive business growth.
