Country Manager - Ghana

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead our operations in Ghana within the online gaming industry. The role combines strategic leadership, commercial growth, and regulatory oversight to drive market success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Ghana business, including marketing, compliance, regulatory engagement, operations, and overall performance.
• Take full accountability for growth, profitability, and operational execution as the country’s commercial leader.
• Provide leadership to the workforce, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
• Build and optimise the management team, exercising full authority over senior‑level hiring and retention.
• Deliver market intelligence and feedback to South African headquarters to guide product and strategic decisions.
• Optimise market share and enhance organisational efficiency through structural improvements, process optimisation, and disciplined execution.
• Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and strong digital performance.
• Act as the company’s public and regulatory representative in Ghana, fostering positive stakeholder relationships and goodwill.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a commercial or operational role, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High integrity and trustworthiness, given access to customers’ financial details.
