Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will work on‑site in the Tema Metropolitan District, promoting east cantonments pharmacy’s pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare providers. The role involves regular visits to assigned accounts, presenting product information, gathering market feedback and ensuring timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service assigned accounts, present product details and collect market insights.
• Plan sales routes, meet sales targets and prepare basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal pharmacy and logistics teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Identify new business opportunities, take part in promotional activities and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, customer relationship and territory management, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings.
• Ability to conduct product presentations, negotiate with clients and close sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products; prior pharmacy or medical sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, including route planning and record keeping.
• Comfortable using mobile and computer tools for email, reporting and data entry.
• Authorized to work in Ghana and willing to travel within Tema Metropolitan District and nearby areas.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
