Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Ghana business, including marketing, compliance, regulatory engagement, operations and performance.
• Take full accountability for growth, profitability and operational execution as the commercial leader.
• Provide leadership to employees, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
• Build and optimise the management team, exercising authority over senior‑level hiring and retention.
• Deliver market intelligence and feedback to South African headquarters to guide product and strategic decisions.
• Optimise market share and enhance organisational efficiency through structural improvements and process optimisation.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and strong digital performance.
• Act as the public and regulatory representative in Ghana, fostering positive stakeholder relationships.
