Country Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the local market, driving growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships across distributors, EPC contractors, and wholesalers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and acquire new customers while maintaining long‑term relationships with existing overseas clients.
• Conduct regular customer visits and collaborate on business and product strategies for growth.
• Coordinate technical activities, leveraging in‑depth product and system knowledge to deliver customer solutions.
• Analyze solar PV market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback to shape responsive strategies.
• Represent GoodWe at industry events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement within the sales organization and implement channel policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in solar product sales within the PV industry.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills with a results‑oriented attitude.
• Professional proficiency in English and experience selling in international markets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
