Country Sales Manager

About the role

GoodWe Technologies, a global leader in inverter manufacturing, is seeking a Country Sales Manager to drive sales growth in a local market. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the solar PV sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts in the assigned country, identifying, qualifying and acquiring new customers while maintaining long‑term relationships with distributors, EPC contractors, developers and wholesalers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and collaborate with clients to develop business and product strategies for growth.
• Coordinate technical activities for customer and project success by applying deep product and system knowledge.
• Analyze solar PV market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback to shape responsive strategies and identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent GoodWe at industry events, conferences and exhibitions to boost brand visibility and build new partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement within the sales organisation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement channel policies, mediate partner conflicts and ensure policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 + years of proven experience selling solar products within the PV industry.
• Strong business development and negotiation abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in English and experience in international markets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proactive, results‑oriented team player.
