Creative Production Assistant

About the role

Adverbe Media is seeking a Creative Production Assistant to support both on‑set photography and post‑production design work for its flagship video‑first podcast, MAD Conversations. You will capture high‑quality stills during recording sessions and help maintain the visual consistency of all content. This role blends hands‑on production assistance with graphic design responsibilities, and your work will be published directly to the audience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated photographer on every recording day, capturing guest portraits, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and set‑up shots.
• Select, lightly retouch, and deliver polished photo sets within 48 hours of each session.
• Maintain an organized archive of production photography across all episodes.
• Assist the Video Producer/Editor with equipment setup, lighting, audio, and studio gear during shoots.
• Provide video‑editing support when workload is high, using video editing software to help meet deadlines.
• Maintain and apply visual templates for graphics, ensuring a sharp, consistent look across all content.

Required profile

• Comfortable working on both set and post‑production environments.
• Strong eye for composition, detail, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to meet tight turnaround times and deliver high‑quality work.
• Self‑motivated yet receptive to guidance without micromanagement.
• Basic understanding of audio‑visual equipment and studio workflows.
