About the role

The FMCG CRM Specialist will manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate customer, distributor, outlet, sales, and inventory data. This role supports field sales teams, pre‑sales representatives, and van sales staff by providing technical assistance and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system to guarantee reliable customer, distributor, outlet, sales, and inventory information.
• Register, update, verify, and maintain customer and outlet records, including outlet mapping and classification across territories.
• Capture, monitor, and analyse sales transactions, purchase orders, customer orders, and field sales performance data.
• Support registration and management of distributors, monitor their activities, and keep distributor information up‑to‑date in the CRM.
• Provide technical and operational support to pre‑sales representatives and van sales teams, resolving login, synchronization, and data‑entry issues.
• Monitor creation, processing, and status of purchase orders in the CRM, ensuring accurate recording and follow‑up.
• Track inventory information through the CRM and identify discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
• Generate regular CRM reports on sales, orders, outlet coverage, inventory, distributor performance, and other KPIs to aid management decisions.
• Identify and report CRM‑related technical issues and train sales staff, promoters, and other users on proper CRM usage.
• Monitor CRM usage, recommend system enhancements, and collaborate with relevant departments to improve sales automation, data accuracy, and overall CRM effectiveness.
