Customer Service & Communications Manager

About the role

The Business Executive is seeking a dynamic professional to lead customer service and communications for its award programs in the entertainment, events and sport sector. You will act as the primary liaison with participants, partners, nominees and the public, while also driving marketing and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from participants, partners and the public via email, phone and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with award nominees and honorees.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for award programs, creating written and visual content for online platforms.
• Manage website updates, newsletters and event promotions.
• Conduct background research on potential honorees, organizations and industry trends.
• Support international collaboration, bilateral partnerships and the creation of professional networks, chambers or associations linked to the award initiative.
• Engage with embassies, trade bodies and corporate institutions, drafting partnership proposals and maintaining stakeholder databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Experience in event coordination or stakeholder relations is an asset.
• Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Diplomatic and culturally sensitive communication style.
