Customer Service Personnel

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Personnel to handle inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, phone and direct messages, guiding prospects through our qualification and booking process. The role supports a premium clientele in the Accra and Tema region, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound WhatsApp, call and DM inquiries.
• Apply the Qualify → Frame Value → Then Price framework to steer prospects toward booking.
• Accurately capture client details and log every inquiry or booking in Jira or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate booking confirmations with the Field Dispatch Lead.
• Follow up on quotes, unconverted leads and post-service check-ins.
• Handle complaints or service adjustments calmly, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, pricing and promotions.
• Support data hygiene by keeping records clean, complete and duplicate-free.
• Uphold confidentiality for premium, high-trust clientele.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong phone and WhatsApp etiquette with ability to manage high-volume conversations.
• Sales instinct with rapport building, value framing and non-pushy closing.
• Organised, detail-oriented and reliable in follow-up.
• Calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and prior experience in customer service, sales or hospitality.
