Waiter/Waitress – Boutique Hotel (Open to SHS Graduates)

About the role
Villa Monticello Boutique Hotel, a luxury hotel and restaurant located in the Airport Residential Area, is looking for motivated individuals to join its waitstaff team. The position is open to candidates who have completed senior high school.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests and present menus.
- Prepare tables with linens, silverware and glassware.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them to guests.
- Clear tables, remove dishes and glasses, and ensure the dining area is clean.
- Inform customers of promotions and upsell where appropriate.
Required profile
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Holder of an SSSCE certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Age between 18 and 25 years.
- Courteous, pleasant and well‑groomed.
- Positive attitude and respectful demeanor.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and as a team player.
