Customer Success & Operations and Social Media Marketing Internships

About the role

Rootech IT Solutions is offering two 3‑month hybrid internships in Accra/Tema. The Customer Success & Operations internship focuses on supporting client onboarding and daily operational processes, while the Social Media Marketing internship centers on creating and managing digital content to boost brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new customers and maintain accurate client records.
• Conduct follow‑ups, manage relationships, and route technical issues to the appropriate team.
• Assist with operational reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Rootech’s social media channels.
• Design graphics using Canva and produce short‑form video assets.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse engagement metrics, and prepare marketing reports.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Diploma or Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in customer experience, business operations, or digital marketing.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar graphic design tool)
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Basic video editing for short‑form content
