About the role
To conduct and coordinate research activities related to health issues, aiming to improve the development of the hospital and its services.
Required profile
- Senior health professional with a postgraduate qualification (Master’s degree, professional membership or equivalent).
- Minimum five years of management or supervisory experience in the health sector.
- Evidence of leadership and ongoing professional development in health management.
- Broad knowledge of health sector policies, operating procedures and quality‑assurance issues.
- Experience in ethics, research and development within the health field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills.
- Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams and organise workload under tight timelines.
- Strong problem‑solving capability and initiative.
- Good advocacy, negotiation and conflict‑management skills.
- Self‑disciplined, emotionally stable and flexible with a methodological approach to work.
- Good computer literacy.
