Deputy Registrar – Accra Campus

About the role

The College of Management Studies Limited is seeking a Deputy Registrar for its Accra campus. This senior administrative position supports the Registrar in overseeing academic and regulatory processes within the university.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Registrar in managing student records, examinations, and academic compliance.
• Coordinate with academic departments to ensure smooth operation of registration and graduation procedures.
• Oversee the preparation of official reports and documentation required by educational authorities.
• Support policy development and implementation related to higher‑education administration.

Required profile

• A good first degree and a postgraduate qualification, preferably in Higher Education Administration, Communication Studies, Human Resource Management or Chartered Secretaryship.
• At least two (2) years of experience as a Deputy Registrar or Company Secretary, or four (4) years as a Senior Assistant Registrar in a university or comparable institution.
• Strong knowledge of university regulations and administrative best practices.
