Digital Marketing Associate – Video Creation & Editing

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive entry‑level professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate focused on video creation and editing. You will produce engaging video content from shoot to final cut, support our content strategy, and help drive marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot high‑quality video for social media, campaigns, and internal projects.
• Edit videos to professional standards, including cutting, colour grading, sound design, captions, and motion graphics.
• Support planning and execution of the content calendar across digital channels.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, video concepts, and storytelling formats.
• Assist with social media management, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
• Write captions, scripts, and short‑form copy for platform‑specific content.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on video, social media, and digital marketing trends.
• Create graphic assets such as thumbnails and simple visual designs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, videography, or content creation (freelance, internship, personal channel, or previous role).
• Strong storytelling sense and ability to create scroll‑stopping content.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude with the ability to spot and act on opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with online audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Solid videography skills (framing, lighting, shooting for social formats).
• Familiarity with social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Graphic design using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Basic motion‑graphics or animation experience (nice to have).
