Marketing Staff – Support Marketing Activities

About the role

The Marketing Staff role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Ghana. You will support day‑to‑day marketing activities for OceansMall, a seafood supply company that connects small‑scale fishers with reliable markets. The role involves research, campaign support and close interaction with customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and partners to understand needs and gather feedback.
• Prepare marketing materials and maintain accurate records of marketing and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to expand market presence.
• Support the visibility of small‑scale fishers through targeted communications.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in market research, marketing strategy and sales support.
• Basic digital literacy with familiarity of social media and online marketing tools.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Ghana, manage multiple tasks and collaborate in a fast‑paced, diverse environment.
