Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end marketing for Asante Automation and Security Solutions. You will create and run content, ad campaigns and lead‑generation activities, then pass qualified prospects to our Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute content and paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Develop and manage SEO strategy, including website content and keyword optimisation.
• Generate a monthly quota of qualified leads, agreed with the CEO.
• Grow and maintain the company’s social media presence and brand voice.
• Design and send nurture messages via email and WhatsApp for leads not yet ready to buy.
• Track performance of channels and campaigns, reporting results weekly and monthly.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Handle online reputation by responding to reviews and comments.
• Hand off qualified leads to the Operations and Fulfilment Coordinator.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional able to work independently and take full ownership of the marketing function.
• Comfortable operating in an early‑stage, fast‑growing environment.
