About the role
The Director of Clinic Operations will manage daily operations of the Sanford World Clinic in Kasoa, ensuring efficient administrative and clinical support. The role supports Sanford World Clinics’ mission to provide comprehensive health services to families in underserved communities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage personnel, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Control accounting and financial performance, including budgeting and reporting.
- Supervise building management and maintenance activities.
- Handle procurement processes and other assigned duties.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to clinic administration.
- Minimum three years of experience in a reputable hospital or clinic.
- Strong communication abilities.
