Door-to-Door/B2B Project Sales Agent – High Commission

About the role

We are a consulting firm seeking confident, results‑driven sales agents to promote high‑value coaching, training and marketing solutions. The role involves generating new business opportunities, qualifying prospects and closing deals across door‑to‑door and B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Approach prospects through door‑to‑door visits, cold calls, presentations and social media outreach.
• Apply agreed sales matrices, KPIs and KRAs to track performance.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to expand the customer base.
• Identify market potential, generate leads and rapidly close deals to meet personal and team targets.
• Research accounts, follow up on leads and stay informed on competitor activity.
• Attend meetings, sales events and training sessions to keep skills up to date.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to management and maintain an accurate client database.

Required profile

• Strong sales confidence, persuasive communication and a bold, outgoing attitude.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in the field.
• Team player with experience in a sales force environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic analytical tools.
