About the role

We are seeking a reliable driver to operate vehicles within Accra, providing safe and punctual transportation for goods or passengers. The position offers flexible working hours and requires a clean driving record, good communication, and a professional attitude. Candidates must be resident in Accra and able to adapt to varying schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently throughout Accra.
• Maintain a clean and responsible driving record at all times.
• Plan and follow optimal routes to meet delivery or travel schedules.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, clients, and team members.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks before each trip.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly to management.
• Assist with loading and unloading when required, ensuring cargo safety.

Required profile

• Valid Ghanaian driver’s license (Category B) with a minimum of 5 years driving experience.
• Possession of a Ghana Card as proof of identity.
• Good communication skills and a punctual, trustworthy attitude.
• Disciplined and able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
• Residence within Accra to ensure quick response to job demands.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
