Education Counsellor – UK & Ireland

About the role

The Education Counsellor will guide international students who wish to study in the United Kingdom or Ireland. You will provide accurate information on courses, institutions, visa requirements and support the full application journey from initial enquiry to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students to identify suitable study options, courses and institutions.
• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face meetings to convey programme details and address student needs.
• Assist students in creating a shortlist of applications and support them through admissions, visa and pre‑departure processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families and partner institutions.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all interactions.
• Drive conversion of enquiries into applications and accepted offers.
• Identify and generate new leads, establishing relationships with schools, universities and scholarship bodies.
• Utilise the CRM system to capture, track and follow up on all leads and opportunities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on knowledge of higher‑education admission counselling for the UK and Ireland.
• Understanding of the immigration and visa processes for these destinations.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving conversion targets.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and integrity.
