Education Operations Manager

About the role

The Education Operations Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day academic and operational activities of Precision Gifted Education Ghana. Working on a hybrid basis from Accra, you will ensure that gifted curricula and enrichment programmes are delivered smoothly and meet high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate classes, workshops and enrichment events.
• Collaborate with educators and mentors to implement learning plans and track student progress.
• Manage communication with families, partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain basic data records, generate reports and monitor programme outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and optimise use of resources.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to strategic planning for growth.

Required profile

• Experience in program and operations management within an educational setting.
• Strong organisational, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian education context and Accra‑based schools is an advantage.
