Electrician (ac & Electrical Systems Specialist)

About the role

BOT Properties is seeking a skilled Electrician with hands‑on experience in air‑conditioning installation and general electrical systems. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable electrical operations across our Accra and Tema sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot air‑conditioning units (split, central, etc.).
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical installations.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Conduct load assessments and support energy‑efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Certification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with air‑conditioning systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring, circuits, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
