Embroidery Machine Operator / Assistant

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Embroidery Machine Operator / Assistant to join its production team in Accra. You will work on a daily basis to ensure that embroidery orders are completed on time and to the required quality standards. The role also involves creating visual content for social media to showcase finished pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor embroidery machines to meet daily production targets.
• Change needles, threads, bobbins and adjust machine settings as required.
• Assist with hooping fabrics, threading machines and preparing garments for embroidery.
• Perform routine maintenance and promptly report any technical issues.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products before delivery.
• Capture photos or videos of work‑in‑progress and finished items for social media.
• Help post updates and promote products on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum WASSCE or HND qualification.
• Basic technical aptitude and common‑sense problem‑solving for small mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail and flexibility to meet production deadlines.
