Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Engineering Manager who thrives in a lean startup environment. You will lead a young, motivated engineering team, ship reliable software, and turn our technology roadmap into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the company’s technology roadmap into actionable sprint plans and delivery milestones.
• Lead day‑to‑day development of core platforms (mobile, web, APIs), working hands‑on with the team when needed.
• Uphold security, reliability, and scalability standards across all products.
• Mentor and grow a young engineering team, balancing speed with discipline.
• Manage engineering resourcing and contribute to build‑vs‑buy recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement through agile practices and customer‑focused engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical, or related).
• 3+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year leading or mentoring a team.
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms.
• Builder’s mindset: resourceful, fast‑moving, and pragmatic.
• Strong communication and team‑leadership abilities.
