English Business Account Evaluator – AI Personalization

About the role

Gramian Consultancy seeks a native‑level English speaker to join a 16‑week AI personalization evaluation project. Working remotely, you will use your primary Google Workspace business Gmail account to assess the relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and personalization of AI‑generated email responses for professional users.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated email replies against professional email history and account activity.
• Judge outputs for accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, and quality of personalization.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, and irrelevant recommendations.
• Compare multiple AI responses and select the stronger overall result.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that supports model improvement.
• Follow detailed project guidelines, maintain confidentiality, and meet evaluation timelines.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Active Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account used regularly for business communication.
• Business inbox with predominantly English emails and at least ~1,000 messages.
• Willingness to use the account for evaluation and sign the required consent form.
