Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

Zof AI is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the technical design and onboarding of its AI products for enterprise customers in Accra, Ghana. You will translate AI capabilities into concrete business cases and guide the end‑to‑end implementation from contract signing to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design per‑customer technical implementation and integration architectures for AI agents.
• Own the full onboarding journey from signed contract to production deployment.
• Convert AI capabilities into business cases and rollout sequencing that stakeholders can commit to.
• Define measurable success criteria with customers and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with forward‑deployed engineers to deliver solutions in customer environments.
• Design integrations with customer systems, data sources, and workflows.
• Build reusable reference architectures from repeated customer engagements.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor within customer accounts.

Required profile

• Strong technical architecture and systems design judgment.
• Proven experience implementing software in enterprise environments.
• Ability to run structured onboarding and rollout programs.
• Comfort presenting to both engineers and senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• High ownership of customer outcomes and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
