Entry-Level UGC Creator & Sales Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic recent National Service graduate to join our tech startup as a User‑Generated Content (UGC) creator who will also support sales growth. You will work on‑site in Accra, producing short‑form videos that showcase our merchants and help drive platform sign‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and star in TikTok, Reels and Shorts that highlight local MSMEs.
• Travel within the Accra & Tema region to capture authentic stories of women‑led businesses.
• Engage with our community on social media, sparking conversations and building a vibrant audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design content campaigns that convert into sales and new user registrations.
• Contribute fresh, viral ideas daily to strengthen our brand voice across Ghana.

Required profile

• Recent National Service graduate or currently completing service.
• High energy, camera‑confident and comfortable being the face of a brand.
• Passionate about digital inclusion, economic empowerment and supporting women‑led enterprises.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, flexible startup environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphone video capture and quick editing.
• Experience using CapCut for video editing.
• Familiarity with Canva for graphic creation.
