Executive Chef & Chef de Partie – Hospitality Kitchen Lead

About the role

Divine Elegance Ltd. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Chef de Partie to lead pastry and kitchen operations at its Accra location. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on menu creation, high‑quality food preparation, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop menus, including innovative pastry items and desserts.
• Oversee all food preparation, baking, and plating to ensure consistent taste and presentation.
• Supervise, train and mentor kitchen staff, coordinating schedules in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance across the kitchen.
• Manage inventory, cost control and portion control to optimise profitability.
• Coordinate banquet, conference and special‑event catering with management.
• Streamline kitchen workflows and ensure efficient operations.

Required profile

• Culinary Arts certificate or diploma.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Partie in a hotel or high‑volume restaurant.
• Proven track record in food preparation management, quality assurance and kitchen organisation.
• Experience leading kitchen teams, mentoring staff and handling large‑scale catering.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
