About the role
We are seeking an experienced BPO/outsource professional in Ghana to participate in a confidential industry assessment on behalf of a client. The short‑term, paid consultation will focus on BPO operations, compensation, talent availability, shift structures, employee benefits, infrastructure and service pricing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide insights on Customer Service / Contact Centre Operations.
- Share knowledge of Sales Development / Outbound Sales processes.
- Discuss Talent Acquisition / Recruitment practices.
- Explain NOC / Technical Support Operations.
- Describe Workforce Management / Scheduling approaches.
- Offer perspective on BPO Operations Management.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in BPO, contact centre, shared services or outsourced operations in Ghana.
- Experience serving international clients in the US, preferably at supervisory, operations or management level.
What we offer
- Compensation of GHC 1,000 per hour for the consultation.
