Experienced Land Surveyor – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Land Surveyor to support land mapping, boundary verification, and real‑time land transaction mapping for property development projects in Accra and the Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment.
• Prepare accurate site plans, boundary maps, and topographic drawings.
• Maintain and update digital land maps and spatial data systems.
• Support real‑time land transaction mapping and verification processes.
• Verify land boundaries and resolve discrepancies in field data.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and legal teams on land‑related projects.
• Ensure compliance with surveying standards and regulatory requirements.
• Produce clear reports and documentation from field data.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Senior‑level expertise with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in field conditions.
• Good communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• Operation of Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, and drones.
• Proficiency with GIS software and digital mapping tools.
• Experience with real‑time land transaction mapping platforms.
• Strong understanding of cadastral surveying, boundary demarcation, and land measurement.
