Facilitate UNICEF Ghana All‑Staff Retreat (2.5 days)

About the role

UNICEF Ghana seeks a consultant to design, facilitate and document a 2.5‑day all‑staff retreat for 101 employees. The retreat aims to strengthen staff wellbeing, trust, collaboration and collective accountability while aligning the team around organisational priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare an inclusive, participatory retreat agenda based on pre‑retreat consultations with senior management, people & culture, and staff representatives.
• Facilitate interactive sessions that promote reflection, dialogue, team‑building and action‑oriented discussions.
• Support the development of a Country Office Commitment and Action Plan with clear priorities, responsibilities, timelines and follow‑up mechanisms.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Change Management, Social Sciences, Adult Learning or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience designing and facilitating organisational retreats, leadership workshops, team‑building programmes or culture transformation initiatives.

Required skills

• Proven track record of facilitating team‑building and knowledge‑sharing workshops.
• Experience working with UNICEF or other UN agencies on similar facilitation assignments.
