About the role
The Facility Technician (Welder) will join Sunda International’s operations in the Accra and Tema region, ensuring that all plant equipment remains functional and safe. This position involves hands‑on repair, routine inspections, and supporting production teams during shift work.
Key responsibilities
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Carry out regular inspections of machinery and facilities.
- Maintain tools and welding equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with production staff to minimise downtime.
Required profile
- Qualified welder with ability to cut using an angle grinder.
- No criminal record and no history of delinquent work.
- Willingness to work overtime and accept shift schedules.
- Ability to cooperate effectively with production teams.
