Field Coordinator – Agricultural Operations in Ghana

About the role

Complete Farmer is seeking a Field Coordinator to support its operations in Ghana. The role provides on‑the‑ground operational assistance to the Regional Operations Manager, working with farmers, field agents and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Manager in executing day‑to‑day field operations across the designated territory.
• Assist farmers in adopting Complete Farmer technology products through field agents.
• Provide on‑site support for farmer certification and ESG project activities.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation for commodity movements and order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate operational data and submit timely reports.
• Liaise with farmers, local stakeholders and community leaders to resolve operational challenges.
• Travel frequently to farming sites and aggregation centres as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, supply‑chain management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in field operations, agronomy support or commodity aggregation.
• Working knowledge of crop‑handling practices, post‑harvest processes and basic agronomy principles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid motorbike licence with a clean record and ability to ride a motorbike.
• Familiarity with basic farm machinery (e.g., tractors, planters) is a plus.
