Field Enumerators – Data Collection Role

About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Field Enumerators. In this role you will conduct household and community surveys across the Eastern, Volta and Oti regions of Ghana, recording data directly on your smartphone.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations and complete at least 25 surveys per day.
- Enter survey responses accurately using the mobile application and ensure data is synced before the end of each shift.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with respondents.
- Report any issues or inconsistencies to the field supervisor promptly.
Required profile
- Completed Senior High School, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Own a functional smartphone with internet capability.
- Available to start immediately.
- Hard‑working, responsible and detail‑oriented.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with mobile data‑collection apps.
What we offer
- Monthly stipend of GHS 1,000.
- Transport allowance of GHS 40 per day.
