Field Recruitment Specialist – Delivery Agents (Ghana)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Recruitment Specialist to build a steady pipeline of delivery agents across Ghana. The role combines remote sourcing with on‑the‑ground outreach, leveraging every channel that reaches potential candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit delivery agents daily using job boards, Facebook groups, Telegram, WhatsApp, newspapers, university networks and street‑level outreach.
• Publish vacancy notices on all relevant platforms and maintain a high‑visibility presence.
• Develop partnerships with local communities, employment centers and educational institutions.
• Communicate with candidates, manage the flow of applications, and coordinate with operations teams.
• Report recruitment metrics, channel effectiveness and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the Ghanaian labour market and how locals search for jobs.
• Highly communicative, independent and able to handle high‑volume recruitment targets.
• Persistent, resourceful and quick at solving problems.
• Result‑oriented and comfortable working without constant supervision.
