Field Sales Officer – Player Sign‑up Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Officer to drive player sign‑ups for the LuckyLive app in Accra and surrounding areas. You will work independently in the field, promoting the app, onboarding new users and meeting weekly and monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential players.
• Promote the app and explain its features and benefits.
• Assist new users with registration and onboarding.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly player sign‑up targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with players and community contacts.
• Submit regular reports on field activities and performance.
• Represent LuckyLive professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Confidence in engaging potential customers.
• Basic smartphone and mobile app knowledge.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
• Applicants from Madina, Haatso, Dome, Achimota, Lapaz and its environs are suitable.

What we offer

• Base salary of GHS 1,200 per month.
• 20 % commission on sales.
• Performance‑based incentives based on number of players signed up and their monthly deposits.
