Field Sales Representative – Street & Bus Stop Sales

About the role

Yenique Pies is seeking energetic, customer‑focused Field Sales Representatives to promote and sell freshly baked meat pies at designated bus stops and other high‑traffic locations. The role is ideal for people who enjoy interacting with the public, working outdoors, and meeting daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell fresh meat pies to customers at assigned bus stops and approved sales locations.
• Achieve or exceed daily sales targets.
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to drive sales.
• Maintain accurate daily records of sales, inventory received, and cash collections.
• Display products neatly and follow food‑safety standards.
• Restock items as needed and report low inventory promptly.
• Promote special offers and new products.
• Submit daily sales reports to the supervisor.
• Represent the Yenique Pies brand with professionalism and integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum Senior High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
• Previous sales, retail, or customer‑service experience is an advantage but not required.
