Field Sales Specialist

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a motivated Field Sales Specialist to join its team in Accra. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will promote the company’s mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship services to schools, parents, and community organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads within the education sector.
• Deliver in‑person presentations and demonstrations of Enlace’s offerings.
• Manage follow‑ups, negotiate terms and close enrollment sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Participate in local events, build long‑term relationships and gather market feedback.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and lead‑generation experience (minimum one year, preferably in insurance sales).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively and meet targets.
• Knowledge of the education sector or youth‑focused programmes is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office software.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management.
